iBounce Longer is designed to challenge athletes to increase their skills and routines from levels 3 – 7. These classes build on fitness, coordination, skill development and routine sequencing. Participants also work on improving their ability to execute skills and routines at height.
What can you expect from the class?
• Emphasis on the importance for fitness for life
• Reinforcement of the necessity for safe practices on the trampolines at all times
• Improvement of balance, core strength and coordination through a variety of physical challenges
• Development of skills and routines according to the Australian Levels Program levels 3 – 7

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5.00 – 6.30pm
Saturday 10.00am – 11.30am

Gymnastics Australia Affiliation (insurance):
Under 5’s $29 per annum
5+ $47 per annum
Peak Trampoline Membership:
$55 per annum
Term fees: $242 for 10 week term (adjusted pro rata for shorter/longer terms as per WA school dates).

John XXIII College have been attending Peak as part of our Year 8 Gymnastics program for the past 5 years. From the first lesson the level of improvement in all students is always noticeable with some making outstanding progress. Warm up/cool down drills are highly effective and motivating. The effectiveness of this program is due, in part, to the fact that the coaches are experts and only too willing to demonstrate various skills. The access to equipment is something we would not have the opportunity to use at school. Thank you for an excellent program. Our students enjoyed the range of activities and their skill development.
