Acro is a dynamic sport which builds confidence and team work amongst athletes.
We have two types of classes available: beginners and competitive.
Beginners Acro provides the opportunity for athletes to take part in a fast action growth gymnastics discipline.
Competitive Acro includes using acrobatic skills as part of a pair or group with a view to competing in WA and beyond!
The focus of this program will be:
• Developing strength, balance and coordination.
• Increasing ability in fundamental gymnastic movements, such as rolls, leaps and balances.
• Working individually, in pairs and trios.
• Learning how to throw and catch (people!) as well as tumble.
• Improve social skills by working in a team.
Session times (90 minutes):
Tuesday, Thursday 4:00pm – 5:30pm
Saturday 11:30 am – 1:00pm

John XXIII College have been attending Peak as part of our Year 8 Gymnastics program for the past 5 years. From the first lesson the level of improvement in all students is always noticeable with some making outstanding progress. Warm up/cool down drills are highly effective and motivating. The effectiveness of this program is due, in part, to the fact that the coaches are experts and only too willing to demonstrate various skills. The access to equipment is something we would not have the opportunity to use at school. Thank you for an excellent program. Our students enjoyed the range of activities and their skill development. Never had any issues. Program was exceptional. - SantaAriane is very sad to be leaving but she now has a horse which needs looking after! She has adored trampolining and the instructors have been AMAZING. I am so grateful to you all.
